I have been meditating since the age of 7, it was part of my martial arts training when I was growing up. I was a bit of a crisis meditator, only meditating when I was stressed. Im now a 3 times trained meditation teacher. Which sounds weird now that I write this, as you really only need to train once. Meditation brings you back to the moment, right here, right now. It helps you feel calmer, more focused. Meditation for fertility is a game changer in giving you the power in mind and body. All I ask, is try to meditate for 10 minutes for 10 days. Thats all. And see the difference.

You mind will not go quiet, you won’t become all zen in 10 days. When the mind wanders, thoughts come in, just go cool…. and continue to breadth, continue to meditate.
